Kartell armchair, Foliage model.
A designer armchair that expresses the dialogue between natural and artificial. The soft seat evokes the image of the crown of a tree, whose leaves are highlighted by special seams.
This chair has a broad backrest that further widens at head height, for greater comfort. Perfect for furnishing a modern living room.
The supporting structure is made of iron tubular painted in epoxipoliestere, colours: white, black or red.
The seat is padded with polyurethane foam and covered with fabric, available in different shades:
- Trevira fabric: 100% Trevira polyester;
- Velvet fabric: 100% cotton.
This design armchair is a product made in Italy.
Design by Patricia Urquiola.

Discover the brand
For over fifty years, Kartell has lived in our homes with objects with an unmistakable personality. Starting in 1949, founded by Giulio Castelli, it pushed towards the renewal of everyday objects by introducing design elements in a then new material, plastic.
Today Kartell objects tell a very long story, written by the people who use them, the company that produces them strictly in Italy, and by the designers who design their shapes.
Kartell chairs, tables, accessories and furnishings link memory and future furnishing projects. Iconic lines go along with projects that break the mold, signed by prestigious Italian and international designers. And the materials embrace new philosophies: recycling, sustainability and environmental protection, with the aim of 100% green production by 2030.
