Chair with armrests by Kartell, Hiray model.
The Hiray collection of chairs and tables has an essential design, with a vaguely retro taste. The element that unites the furnishings is the light but well-defined structure, made up of metal wires.
Designed to enjoy outdoor spaces, both in the garden or terrace of the house, and in public places, the Hiray collection furnishes any context with elegance
The chair is made of galvanized and painted steel , extremely resistant to bad weather, sudden changes in temperature and high salinity environments.
The seat can be completed with the optional seat cushion, padded in thermoformed polyurethane and covered in water-repellent fabric.
The dimensions of the chair are (L x W x H): 56 x 55 x 79 cm; seat height 45 cm, armrest height 64 cm.
Design by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba.

Discover the brand
For over fifty years, Kartell has lived in our homes with objects with an unmistakable personality. Starting in 1949, founded by Giulio Castelli, it pushed towards the renewal of everyday objects by introducing design elements in a then new material, plastic.
Today Kartell objects tell a very long story, written by the people who use them, the company that produces them strictly in Italy, and by the designers who design their shapes.
Kartell chairs, tables, accessories and furnishings link memory and future furnishing projects. Iconic lines go along with projects that break the mold, signed by prestigious Italian and international designers. And the materials embrace new philosophies: recycling, sustainability and environmental protection, with the aim of 100% green production by 2030.
