For both online and quote orders, you can use different payment methods: credit card, Paypal, bank transfer, cash on delivery (available only in Italy), payment by installments.
To complete the payment of the online order, simply follow the purchase procedure with all the instructions. The payment methods are the same for both private and business customers.
If the online payment does not go through immediately, it is not necessary to re-order: you can pay later by clicking on the secure link that you will find in the order confirmation email. Alternatively, if you have a registered profile on MySA , you will find the link to repeat the payment in your reserved area.
In the case of orders based on a quote for made to order products, based on a project, special quotes for business customers or purchases over the phone (both as private individuals and for companies), we will enter the order data and send you the payment instructions by email.
For orders placed in the showroom, payment can also be made by POS in addition to online payment methods.
Cash on delivery involves paying for the goods directly to the courier, upon delivery, with a supplement of €10 as a commission for the collection service by the carrier.
For orders over €500, made to order or highly customized products, Sediarreda reserves the right to ask for a 30% deposit on the total amount, to be paid by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal. The balance can be paid upon delivery, cash on delivery, in the ways listed below.
Upon delivery of the goods, depending on the amount, you can pay:
- in cash, up to a maximum amount of €5,000;
- by bank check, up to a maximum amount of €499.00;
- by bank draft, mandatory for amounts equal to or greater than €500.00.
If you choose to pay by advance bank transfer, you will receive the IBAN details to make the payment in the order confirmation email. The order is processed once the payment has been received (it may take a few days for the transfer to be displayed). This may imply a change in the delivery dates of the goods compared to what is indicated on the order confirmation.
If you have a registered account on MySA you will be able to view the payment status in your reserved area .
Payment by credit card uses the protected BNL POSitivity system of BNL, Banca Nazionale del Lavoro Spa. The form for sending credit card codes is hosted by BNL, which guarantees maximum reliability, confidentiality and security of transactions thanks to SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
If you wish to make the payment with PayPal you will have to use your PayPal account, with the charge on the current account or credit card associated with your account, according to the methods established by the Company.
If you are a private customer, with Paypal you can also choose to pay in three interest-free installments. Eligibility for payment by installments is subject to approval by Paypal and is available for amounts from €30 to €2,000. Payment by installments with PayPal is available for Italy only.

With Scalapay you can pay in 3 or 4 monthly installments of the same amount, without interest. You can pay with Scalapay:
- if you are a private customer
- for orders over €100
- up to a maximum of €3000.
- available with credit cards, debit cards and prepaid cards.
Payment by installments with Scalapay is available only for Italy.

You pay the first installment at the time of purchase and the other two monthly payments.
- If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 or 4 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.
- Scalapay reserves the right to approve the request for payment in installments.
- Payment method not available on all products in the catalog.
- Service available in: Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Austria, Portugal, Finland, Holland.
You can pay in three installments with Scalapay or PayPal, but there are no financing options at the moment.
If you want to change the payment method after completing the order, you can do it independently from the MySA reserved area. In the "My orders" section, click on the "Proceed with payment" button and choose the new method from the options offered.
For cash on delivery payments this option is not available: contact Customer Service .
For each order we issue a regular invoice, both for private customers and for customers with VAT number.
The advance invoice ( or courtesy copy ) is issued upon receipt of payment and contains only the total value of the amount paid, not the details of all the products ordered.
The accompanying invoice is the document issued when the goods are shipped and contains the details of all the goods ordered. If you have already paid the amount of the entire order in advance, the total shown will be €0; if you have to pay cash on delivery or have paid a deposit, you will find the amount due at the bottom of the invoice.
The documents are available for download in the MySA reserved area . If you do not have a registered account, you can request them by contacting Customer Service .
→ If you are a company and you need an invoice for VAT deduction, sending it to the Revenue Agency is done automatically via Pec or SDI. You can download the original document from your tax drawer on the Revenue Agency website.
If you need the invoice for tax deductions to attach to your tax return to take advantage of the furniture or renovation bonus, write it in the notes when ordering. Upon request, we can send you a courtesy copy by email.
If you are a company with a European VAT number (excluding Italy) activated for the VAT Electronic Data Exchange System (VIES), you can request a VAT refund for orders placed online (prices including VAT).
- If you have already paid by credit card or Paypal, we will refund the VAT with the same payment system. If you have paid by bank transfer, please provide us with the IBAN of the current account.
- If you have not paid yet , contact us to receive the updated order amount with VAT deducted. We will send you a new secure link to make the payment.
